Sale of Off-highway Minicycles Banned by Lead Poisoning Legislation!

February 18, 2009:

In an effort to protect us from the dangers of lead poisoning, an agency of the government has created sweeping legislation which went into effect on February 10, 2009, that effectively bans the sale of motorcycles and ATVs to children under the age of 12. This legislation affects everything from children's toys to books in libraries.

The American Motorcyclist Association has been very active in attempting to gain an exclusion for a favorite American pastime. Please visit the following link below and file a petition with your elected representatives to stop this silly legislation from not only preventing you from having your children the opportunity to enjoy one of the most enjoyable experiences in life, but to also prevent further damage to our economy to the many people involved in the powersports industry, as well as many others threatened by this crazy legislation.

Thanks!
